Our department and residency program are part of University of Iowa Health Care, one of America’s best academic health systems. The UI Health Care clinical enterprise comprises the university and downtown campuses in Iowa City — a thriving mid-sized university town — and the North Liberty campus, which opened in spring 2025. As the home of the Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation, the North Liberty campus features a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to advancing orthopedic care and education.
